Yes they can go into heat as early as 4 months, it's unusual but it does happen.  Is she showing the other signs of heat like vocalizing and lifting her hind quarters.  Sometimes the first heat cycle especially in a cat this young is short and there aren't the usual signs.  I have heard it called a silent heat.

Shes hasn't been vocal or anything. She's a very quiet cat who squeaks when she talks... She hasn't been as cuddly and and she hasn't been going into her house or sleeping on her bed... The boys (Fixed) normally clean her and right now they don't even want her touching them and she doesn't clean her self so I guess its good she likes the bath... At first I thought she got into ketchup!

I would call the vet tomorrow just to make sure this is a heat cycle.  I don't know much about a cat in heat the breeders here are the experts when it comes to that.  The discharge that you're describing sounds excessive for a cat.  There are also some people here who do TNR they would know more about it.  I've been lucky so far, I haven't had any go into heat real early so they were spayed before their first heat.

Yea we are calling first thing Monday morning. When I call now the lady who watches the phone on the weekend doesn't know much and said to call back Monday unless I feel its necessary to make an emergency appointment. I have no problem making the appointment but the girl isn't as experienced as the rest of the doctors so were keeping a close eye and will take her in the morning there pretty good at making space

From my understanding from talking to Ava's breeder cats do not usually bleed when in heat and they only have a clear discharge. From visiting numerous breeders I have seen quite a few queens in heat and I have never seen blood- they just yell a lot and rub up against any object. I would be very concerned that this is something else possibly a UTI. I hope you were able to contact a vet and bring her in because what you describe does not sound normal to me.
