He there I'm new on the site and just wanna introduce myself. I'm DominoCat. I live on the countryside in southern Sweden and I have two lovely cats. One of them is named Puck after the character in A Midsummer Night's Dream and the other one is named Ugglan. It's Swedish and mean the owl.
Both Puck and Ugglan are cats that my family and I've saved. We rent a house from a farmer and since it's a farm with big barns and stables evil, in my oppinion, people leaves cat on the farm... abandon them. Ugglan is one of those cats. He's about a year old and was maybe 9 months old when we took him into the house. He was already used to humans and the first thing he wanted to do was cuddle and then use the litter box. So he must've lived with humans.
Puck was abandoned by his mother or she was taken by the fox. We saw a pregnant cat around our house and after a few weeks a little kitten turned up. The mother never came back. Puck is about the same age as Ugglan, I think Puck is older.
Other than those two my family have two more cats a female and a male and we have saved an abandoned cat that only lives outside, she's afraid to come into the house. She has been coming back to us for at least 7 years now. All our cats are castrated but we give the outdoor cat and other stray queens birth control pills that a we have a presctiption for. The picture below is of Puck and Ugglan.
Puck is the black cat with the white front leg and Ugglas is the fluffy cat. He is named Ugglan (the owl) because of the expression he somtimes get.
Puck
Ugglan
This is the "Owl" expression as I call it.
