Good morning!

Tell me.....what is one household task that you absolutely hate to do?

Me? I hate washing dishes. I abhor washing dishes. I detest washing dishes.

I will get down on my hands and knees and wash the kitchen and bathroom floors. I will vacuum and dust until I'm blue in the face. I will cheerfully do all the laundry in the world and that includes ironing (if I really have to). I will clean windows. I will straighten-out a cluttered living room with a smile. I will scoop litter boxes. I will cook a meal to feed an army of ravenous people and enjoy every minute.

But please don't make me wash dishes!

Probably, the bathroom, though keep in mind, the bathroom is fairly neat and clean.  (I live alone.)

I also don't really like to wash the kitchen floor.  It's some type of wood, I prefer tile.

I let the dishwasher wash my dishes, though I don't mind it as much as cleaning bathrooms, including the tub.

I do like to do laundry.

I don't mind vacuuming as much as Ritz does!

Mowing the lawn!  I guess that is outdoor work; but still!  I hate the noise, the heat and the smell!  Even with a riding mower I hated doing it growing up.  It would take one loooong hour with the riding mower. Which was an improvement from 3 hours with the push mower; but I still hated it.  I don't think I've done the lawn once since I got married!

(I'm not a huge fan of dishes either.  I'd rather scrub the bathroom!)

Cleaning litter boxes! It wouldn't be so bad but there are seven of them spread out on three different floors in the house and the cats and dog follow me around trying to trip me the whole time! I think they want me to fall into the 10 lb bag of kitty waste.

Also unloading the dishwasher, ugh

Not a fan of dishes but I can get by, and I avoid ironing.  Now washing the windows is another thing....

They get really dirty as my apartment is on a busy road, to clean them I have to open the windows right up as I'm on the 1st floor and have to clean from the inside. It involves reaching out to clean the top section properly, and they ALWAYS seem to end up streaky.  I always end up soaked from water running down my arm doing the top section, and then of course there's Mouse: I have to lock him out of each room I'm cleaning in as he's too daft to get the concept of height. He's way to likely to take a running jump and end up impaled on the railings down on the pavement. Not good.

Ironing. I do not like to iron. I always vow not to let it pile up. But I find myself taking all day long to do it when I finally get around to it.
