Hi, there. I'm wondering if any of you have found any good apps to use in coordinating colony care over a county area? I live in a fairly small town, and there are actually several people feeding at different locations, spread out, and we all know of each other, but it seems we can't communicate very well- who is feeding today, who cannot feed tomorrow, etc. Aside from email, which is sometimes hung up or a phone call that comes too late. Right now, there is one man who is overseeing everyone and is pretty much covering everything left himself and he is getting awfully burnt out.
I'm looking for an app (free, obviously best, but okay if possible to make my own for small subscription fee) that can be passed out, so feeders can log in, check off certain days/times, basically, and other things can be planned. Also, email or push notification would be helpful in case of urgent instances, mapping capacity, and forms for entering new information.
Anyone know of something like this or have any ideas for creating one?
