He may be getting older at 8, but he still looks and acts like a young kitty :)

My oldest cat, Fritos :D  This is his "rub my belly, please" look.  He is such a sweetie pie, he loves belly rubs and who am I to resist with such a cute face :p  He just turned 8 in July, but he still keeps up with the kittens and I hope he's around for at least another 10.

I couldn't resist that belly!  lol

My RB Chynna was playful right to the end. She was 18.5 years when she went to the RB.

Abby is 15 years and the other day she was playing like a kitten with her favourite wand toy. Now granted, there was no leaping and jumping, but she was chasing the feathers around the floor.

What a lovely ball of fluffy fur.

I too had a lively and playful older cat and hope that you enjoy at least as many years of fit and bouncy cat as I did - in between cuddles my little 'snow leopard' was still running, jumping, chasing toy mice and generally bossing her sister about until 3 days before she crossed the RB at almost 18 years of age! (She looked a considerably tubbier and less kitten like than your Fritos by then  though.)
