I am sorry it was too upsetting for me to watch this video. This kitten needs to be seen by a vet I remember from your last post that you are in Egypt and it is difficult to find a vet with the political unrest. No one can tell you for sure what that kitten is suffering from. A vet would need to examine it to find out.
