Something odd with Otter

Otter is four and a half months (my babies growing!!) and she goes to the vet Saturday, but I thought you guys might know something. The last time I took her to the vet, she had a little sneezing problem, and the vet told me to watch it until the next appointment, well now its a little different. She still sneezes sometimes, but its mostly coughing. Its like she's hacking up something, but its not as violent. It ranges from 1-3 'coughs' to a record 13. It usually happens when she just wakes up or she is rough housing too hard. She also has a sort of watery purr? Thats the best way I can describe it. She is still active, and eating, but she has been drinking a lot of water and going to the bathroom a lot (mostly urinating, but bowel movements are normal). What do you think?

Sneezing is indicative of a URI or feline herpes. If she had an untreated URI there is a possibility that it is causing the cough. The other thing she may have is feline asthma. Here is a great video on it and things you can do to treat it:
