is roundworm an emergency?

the little stray I brought in passed a worm today. Looks like spagetti. Is this an emergency? he's got an appointment, but it's not until Tuesday....

nay, no emergency.

Unless he is visibly affected by these worms, ie weak, apathetic, etc...

You can wait to the appointed vet visit, no problem.

The worm is surely a round worm, the sort common in kittens, just to be expected if not dewormed.
