how long has my cat got left do you think?

it was a shock to find my cat pregnant as when i adopted her i was told she was spayed, so i will be getting her spayed when kittens are 10 weeks and milk has dried. i know my cat is pregnant as nipples are bigger and i can see babies moving inside of her, she has been showing for about 4 weeks now but it seems like it is going on forever. i have rang vets and they dont want me to bring her in as it is likely to cause her stress. any advice is very helpful, and peoples previous experience. 

You can usually feel the kittens move about 2 weeks before the delivery. Some much used with palpation can feel them already three weeks before.

Did you said you feel them 4 weeks now??   Or do you mean you know since four weeks she is pregnant?

If the first, they should come anytime now, they are probably overdue some now.

If the latter, perhaps one week left...  Count yourself from the two weeks rule.

She doesnt seem overly big, so my guess is the litter isnt big.

Even if we count they seems to get lesser day/hours before delivery.
