It sounds like your cat needs to be seen by a vet. How much dry food and wet does she eat a day?

Welcome to The Cat Site, and I'm sorry it's under these circumstances.

Siamese cats are naturally slender, but not so slender you can feel their bones.

Has she always been slender?  Has she lost weight recently?  Are you feeding her the same food you've always fed her?  Maybe she is bored of the food and won't eat it.

On the other hand:  she could be sick.  She does need to go to the vets to rule out anything medical, like a thyroid problem.

A Ritz said Siamese cats are thin and actually it is much healthier for cats to be thin and not overweight and I would urge you to try to get your other cat to lose weight if he is fat.

Here is a chart of what the ideal body type should be in cats:

Siamese cats look even thinner than the average cat:

It sounds like you are aware that meow mix is not a healthy diet for cats. I would urge to read www.catinfo.org which is written by a vet who knows a lot about feline nutrition and this should help both your cats.
