Blood and Diarrhea in poop

HELP! My 3 week old foster kitten has blood and D! The doctors at the vet where i work cant agree on anything!  

One says goats milk. One says kitten replacement. One says Albon another says Endosorb. I really dont know what to do anymore.  Any suggestions?

  A kitten replacement formula is probably really better than plain goat's milk .   Goat's milk is OK in a pinch  but it's not exactly like queen's milk.     There are also some recipes for homemade formula.   and you could substitute goat's milk for the evaporated milk listed in some of the recipes   http://www.hdw-inc.com/glop.htm

 I would also go ahead and start treating for worms.  that could be a cause of diarrhea with blood.
