Freezing canned food

Would freezing canned food destroy the added vitamins and minerals?

It doesn't have amino acids, though (like taurine).

Freezing canned food really makes the texture weird. Like. . .have you ever frozen sour cream? Kind of like that :lol3:. But if you mix the liquid back in and fluff it up a little, most cats don't seem to mind.
