Hi my name is Michelle I live in Fl with my husband and my two beautiful cats Whiskas or whiskers who is a 1 1/2 year old female persian mix she is a blue cream tortie she was also a rescue kitty . We got her very young she was only 5 or 6 weeks old when we adopted her :( she is smart , sweet , gentle and the most well behaved cat I have ever met ! She also has the most beautiful voice you can here her trilling through the house when she is in a playful mood . She loves to chase bugs and she loves to be brushed her nicknames are Whimmy or Whimmy Links or Whimmy Ham Linkins or Whisky her full name is Roxy Whiska Lickens Bojenkens ! lol
Our other cat is Butters he is a 9 month old blue point himalayan he is the most lovable cat he loves his humans and where ever we are he is not far behind . He even hates to be locked out of the bathroom he goes where ever we go lol ! He is the clown of the family he loves to sleep inside suitcases or on top of them, I have to bring a suitcase with me to school and he will literally follow me out the door like "hey come back here with my bed" ! We have found him in the washer machine before , now it is a rule to keep the lid closed ! He loves to snuggle and he will def let you know when he isn't getting enough attention . He will even wake you up in the middle of the night with his cry not meow just so you will pick him up and put him in the bed right next to you he will lay with you just like a human he reminds me of a living stuffed animal . They said these cats were suppose to have pretty ,sweet, quiet voices well not him his is more of a annoying scream of a bratty child but we still love him to pieces lol ! Well this is our little family I hope you enjoy reading about them also would like to know are all himmies friendly and loving ? I def see where what they mean when they say that himalayans are a little slower he is not dumb but he is slower then whiskers he even took way longer to mature we got him at 9 to 10 weeks old and he is 9 months now and he is still very much a kitten he behaves more like a human child and he is way lazier then whiskers .
