My vet as told me that my cat as a uterus infection due to having kittens she has ad all the medication they give me for her and if she is well in 2 days time is going to be spayed but at the mo she is being sick everywhere do u think I should call out the vet

Yes this is definitely something to consult with your vet ASAP if she is vomiting repeatedly, is not eating or drinking, or otherwise seems lethargic. She could be having a reaction to the medication or is sick from the infection. Either way it requires veterinary care.

This type of infection is called pyometra and it usually requires emergency surgery to prevent the uterus from rupturing. Any new symptoms should promptly be reported to your vet.

She couldn't be spayed because she is still to ill with the infection so she is on stronger antibiotics and iv got to try and get her to eat more she has lost alot of weight, so she is booked in for the spay for next week and fingers crossed my baby girl will be better i hate seeing her so ill :(
