Marking my carpet!

I have a domestic long hair cat that has developed an annoying habit recently. She comes into my living room and "wipes her bottom". I change her litter often. I've had her hind quarters shaved trying to elimante the stick-on feces. I've had her wormed. She still uses my carpet as toilet paper.... HELP! what is wrong with my cat? What can I do to help her?

I would suspect that she needs a vet visit- this type of behavior is either because of parasites, impacted anal glands or hair that gets stuck and makes them crazy to get rid of it. If it is parasites, your vet can do a fecal and give you meds, impacted anal glands, unless you know how to express them yourself, your vet needs to do that as well.
