August First! Did you say "Rabbit Rabbit" to greet the new month?

I don't know why, but every first of the month, as soon as I wake up, I say Rabbit Rabbit.

Do you have any strange rituals of sort that you do routinely?

I've never heard of that before, but all I know is, it's my Birthday month! Full moon on it this year too!

My British mother said that one must say "White rabbits" before noon on the first day of the month for good luck. She said it was a British superstition. And, yes, although I'm not superstitious, I still find myself doing it!

I've never heard of this. Maybe I have to try it next month. I just know I'm depressed that its August already. Fall and winter aren't too far behind (I HATE winter!!)
