Millersport Sweet Corn Festival (Millerport Ohio)

This annual event is August 28th -31st. So if you live near Millersport, Ohio come have some fun. Sawyer Brown will be there on the 31st at 8;00pm

I saw your other post and didn't get a chance to answer.  Aren't festivals great?  I love to see the types of things people organize around.  In my sister's town, they hold a one-day Catfish Festival every year.  Tens of thousands of people attend!

Here we hold several parties - some weekend-long - around the eagles and other raptors on the Delaware Bay.  We have a breeding population that didn't exist 15 years ago!  Its a really good success story that should be celebrated.

Dejolane - can I hijack this thread and ask the other member what kinds of things are celebrated in their areas?  Are they fund raisers for any particular cause?
