I found your site when I wanted some advice on harnesses! We are relocating and wanted to introduce Bling to the new area without letting her run too free at first. She's nine and quite set in her ways!

We got this one and she doesn't seem too fazed, have put it on her indoors for short periods. Tomorrow am putting on the lead and taking out in garden where we live now. Watch this space!

Cool, I hope it works.  We had one like that for our kitty when we first moved here but she turned out to be a master at wriggling out of it!  But then we used it on another cat later and he was completely fine with it.

Not so good with the lead on in the garden, think she felt vulnerable and went on a sit down strike! May be rushing it?

Aww, cute pic. Maybe she'll just want to sit a few times until she's more comfortable with the new surroundings. Our first cat did that when we moved. I took her out every day and after a few days she started tentatively exploring.

Welcome to the site!

Bling is adorable. Give her some time to get used to the harness and she should start exploring more.

Maybe she'll be more curious to explore the new place. Our first kitty, like yours, was set in her ways and was NOT happy to be in a new place or in a harness! But when she understood that was the only game in town, she started walking around with the lead after a few days.
