We just got this harness to introduce our "new" 17 year old cat to our yard. He can's slip out of it like with some small harnesses we looked at but it wasn't too bulky, either. He didn't seem to mind it at all.

Cool, I hope it works. We had one like that for our kitty when we first moved here but she turned out to be a master at wriggling out of it! But then we used it on another cat later and he was completely fine with it.

Aww, cute pic. Maybe she'll just want to sit a few times until she's more comfortable with the new surroundings. Our first cat did that when we moved. I took her out every day and after a few days she started tentatively exploring.

Maybe she'll be more curious to explore the new place. Our first kitty, like yours, was set in her ways and was NOT happy to be in a new place or in a harness! But when she understood that was the only game in town, she started walking around with the lead after a few days.
