I am Kari and my baby is Loki. He is about 10 days old and was abandoned. I took him in 3 days ago! He is eating well and kneading and climbing all over me! The only problem is he hasn't pooped since I have had him. I feel like I have tried everything I can without going to the vet. If he doesn't go by tomorrow then I'm gonna take him in to be seen!! Any advice to make his life as awesome as possible?

It's wonderful that you took him in.  I think he has already found an awesome life when he met you.  Welcome to TCS!

Hi there and Welcome to TCS. If you post your question in the pregnant cats and kitten care section you might get more answers. I don't have much experience with 10 day old kittens but I think you need to stimulate him with a warm, wet cloth near his bottom. I'm happy you found the little guy

Loki finally popped and twice at that! I am so glad and my hubby thought I was crazy for being so excited. It was a mess but worth it. He was up at 4am playing like mad! He like to dig on me. He started with kneading but has changed to rough digging. I'm thinking he may be a little older than originally thought!!

So Loki went to the vet today for a wellness check. He is not a he but a she!! Gonna have to break the habit of calling her a him lol The vet said she is amazing. She weighed 7.68 ozs and he gave me some great advice to cut down on the scratching a feeding time. Just gently grab her on the back of the check like mom would do. I tried it and it worked great! A peaceful feeding for the both of us. She goes back Aug 30 for her feline leukemia and aids test, first shots, and 2nd dewormer.
