My cat is a little over a year old now.  She is all white with pink ears and nose.  She started getting these small bumps inside of her ears usually along the veins in hers ears a when she was about 6 months old.  They looked like bites and they would just go away with no problems. A few months ago she had gotten a bump inside both ears about midway into the ear and they started turning red and then ruptured like  an ulcer.  It up within a couple of days and didn't bother her anymore.  Over the last couple of weeks she has developed many of the bumps on the outer and mid part of her ear and they have ruptured and are crusty.  They are also weeping a clear fluid.  She is shaking her head a lot and these seems to be bothering her a lot more.  Could this be a allergic reaction to her food or fleas or is this a  more severe condition developing?  I keep all the blinds closed during the day so that she isn't exposed to sunlight while i'm at work and she never goes outside.

Has she seen a Vet about this.  Yes, you are correct in that she shouldn't be exposed to sunlight without sunscreen for cats, since she is white, and that was my very first thought

I would definitely take her in to be seen, and if nothing else, they should be able to give her something to relieve the pain/itching/discomfort.
