I just heard from the sponsor, and this offer is only for the Continental United States only. They will be sending out coupons and the coupons can only be redeemed in the United States.

I'm sorry to hear that it's only continental US, but a bit selfishly, I really, really want to win this so I can donate it to tabbysplace.org (which is having it's grand opening today!).
