My boys Name is Jex.
He's just an average domestic short hair, born January 17th 2012.

Earlier this year I found that he started to have a slight limp, which lasted about 4 days.. (I took him to the vet on day 2) which is when he was diagnosed with a Laxating Patella in he's right leg. The vet insisted that i keep him locked in a small space for 7 days and then take him back in for surgery. He ended up going back to he's usual crazy little self and we felt that the surgery could be put off until he was a little older.

Now tonight I get home and he's limping worse then the first time so sadly he's going to have to have surgey ASAP. I was just wondering if there's anyone who's had the same problem with their cat? Maybe someone who's had their cat have the surgery also just to give me a bit of information about it :)

Just as I suspected, and what alot of people have have mentioned. He's stopped limping and only after 2 days this time.
Yesterday morning he was probably the worst ive seen him so I went straight to the vet.
The vet wants us back in for X-rays this week! Which will set me back about $400.00.
No mention of surgery yet. Fingers crossed.
However she is trying to push that it may be he's both legs with the problem not just the one.

Anywho Jex is now being crazy and belting up he's toys again. until next time.
