To educate animal control officers, shelter professionals, and public officials who have not yet learned about TNR.
To explain nonlethal control to members of your community who do not know the severity of feline overpopulation or the solution to it, but they know they don't want the cats killed.
To proclaim to all communities that TNR works.
Orders must be placed by July 15. Your 2003 NFCD Action Pack will be sent to you in mid-August.
