My cat lost some of its teeth

My cat fell off the window at night and was lost for about 12 hours. We found it in a very bad condition.  It had some broken teeth and it eats and drinks very hardly. Is there any way to make it feel better so it can eat. And also a cat from the street scratched its face but most important is its teeth.

Is there no vet in Cairo you can take him too? He may have broken his jaw in the process, which would likely be a death sentence (a slow and painful one at that) if you don't get him looked after soon.
