Good morning and Happy Friday!

My sister and I are doing a yard sale this weekend. I was over yesterday and we set things up as best we could. This morning, it's basically price a few things yet and we're ready for all takers. Don't like the price? Make an offer!

So my question for you today is:

If you go to yard sales, what is something you'd really like to find at a yard sale for a good price? Is there anything special that you're looking for?

Right now, I'd be looking for some old lawn furniture that I could pick up and repair or repaint. And some nice plant stands and containers for the back deck. And cookbooks. Always cookbooks.

Some Oneida stainless steel tablespoons. For some reason I never have enough of them, and I've always liked the Oneida brand. My pattern (Needlepoint) was phased out ages ago, but I'd settle for something similar (squared off).

I'd also like to find a small, low stainless steel table for the back balcony.

I always look for items from the dairy my father used to work at. I have milk bottles, milk boxes, calendars, etc.

I love shopping at yard sales! You'd never know what you'd find!

I've always hoped to find an antique item that's worth a lot of money for me to resell.. I'd love for that to happen at least once in my life!

But I am always looking for vintage 1980's My Little Pony's which I never find.. I am building up my collection (Rather, re-building as my niece stole half of them!)

I look for a really good deal on a cover for my bed.so I would buy it if it is in good condition,no holes and no bed bugs !   One time I got a whole bag of ceramic ducks clothes for every holiday for $1.00  Next I have to find another duck cause mine is crumbling apart at the feet.

I'd like to find some vintage Harley Davidson stuff, you know, like jackets, hats, insignias, etc. That rarely happens-- guys get buried with that stuff.

Outdoor toys for kids!  Particuarly the Cozy Coupe car!  My 3 year old has always admired the boy next door's.  He'll bring it over and push her around sometimes.  She found one in the garden center at Walmart a few months ago...I almost had to pry her out of it to leave!

Interesting plants in pots.

Bird baths.

Nicely patterned plates (I just bought the bits to make cake stands, and now need nice plates that aren't too expensive in case I break them when I drill the hole...)

Old dressers or bookcases that can be sanded down and refinished! I love do it yourself projects.
