Taking a kitten to the park?

Hello everyone! First of all I am sorry if this is in the wrong place. I was thinking about getting my kitten a little harness and taking her to the park so she could play on the grass and stuff. She is always inside and I would like for her to have more fun once in a while. Is this a good or bad idea? She is 6 months by the way.

Make sure she has a good flea medication from your vets and has had her shots... Would hate for her to pick up an illness.
