I am so worried about my kitten, he is about 11 weeks old and has been throwing up lately. Today I found a huge spot where he had thrown up and there were 2 worms about 3 inches long, looking like round worms. I haven't seen any in his poop at all. I check him out and he seemed okay but when he walked away I noticed his butt was very pink, I took a closer look an it is a bit swollen as well and looks closed up. It wasn't like this yesterday or this morning, has anyone seen this before?

Get him to the vet to be dewormed.  This is totally normal for kittens to have worms (hookworm, roundworm, and tapeworms). It's easily treated and he'll be fine soon.
