Many cats always have a special resting spot, with some choosing an unusual item or place.

My Wren's newest resting spot is on top of my wireless printer. She also has history of resting on top of a tall dresser by jumping from the bed.

Does your cat have a special resting spot that is an unusual item or place?

Besides right in front of me practically on the keyboard as I type?

One of them likes to sleep with her paws thrusted into slippers and another loves behind the TV (I'm guessing where it is warm). And my cat who is spooked by everything loves to sleep behind the pots and pans. I have to rewash them before I use them!

LOL! Awww she looks like my Chloe!

I can't be mad. It's too darn adorable. And when they start to nuzzle... well I think my heart begins to purr!

Since I live in an apartment that is like a loft ( open upstairs) Thunder likes to hang off the floor straight to the downstairs step. She had fell once before. And while we are laying in bed Bella like to lay on the TV stand in front of the signaling button so I can't change the channel.

Bella is an American short hair with Black, tan, white and gray. Thunder is a Tuxedo Black on top,  white on belly, paws, and a faint white tip on her tail.

Matt never took to cat stuff, but he's really taken with the small suitcase from my luggage set. Now I keep it by the computer desk, and he sleeps on it every evening while he waits for me to give in to his cute-ness and feed him his dinner

There was Sheba who liked napping on the mini cactus garden but another oddish place was on top of the broom closet. It was located in the corner of our kitchen and had an open space on top where the kitchen clock was mounted. Kitties discovered that if they climbed the curtains of the large windows in the kitchen, and walked the curtain rods, they could get to the space and sit behind the clock. Gave us a clock with a genuine kitty tail pendulum! :lol3:

Bella does this sometimes too. I think Dolly wanted attention this day .
Dolly is an attention begger. Sometimes she meows for me to come to her instead of coming to me.

Both Archer & Hugo love to sleep on luggage and backpacks if they're ever left out.  I've actually left my backpack out in the living room for them for the past month just so they can have their sleeping spot:)

Hugo recently found a new place to hide and nap.  One of his favorite hiding and napping spots was burrowed under the covers on the bed, until recently.  Earlier this week my hubby left his top drawer to his dresser slightly open.  Hugo crawled in there.  Well, you would expect that he just stayed in that top drawer right?  Nope, that silly boy managed to climb up behind the drawer (there's a gap at the top of the drawer) and down into the drawer underneath it to hide & sleep!  I was frantic searching for him that day, running around calling for him and shaking a treat bag.  I'd already looked in that drawer so I was very surprised when he climbed out of there.  (Thank goodness I didn't close it while I continued my search).  So after I found him I left the drawer open to see what he would do and you can just imagine my surprise as I watched him climb in the drawer & slip down behind it!  Out of curiosity, I slowly opened the drawer below it to see if he was in that drawer or just behind the top one & there he sat in that second drawer looking up at me in a manner as if to say "Do you mind?  Shut off the light!"  :)

This is just too funny:)  Love it!  Did your kitty also meow on the hour?  Hehe!
