I know no one will know for sure but I'm hoping she might have them before I go back to work on the weekend. I found her a couple months ago while walking, she was hanging around a hardware store and was skinny but so sweet and let me even carry her home. Took her to the vet to get checked for worms and diseases, she was clean but had two little lumps in her belly. The vet said they were probably from a previous litter and did not even suspect she was currently pregnant.

I noticed large pink nipples and a slightly rounder belly on June 16 exactly and marked it down. She's indoor only with two fixed male cats. She gets a little moody with them so I have them separated and will keep them separate. She's very relaxed and wants lots of food and attention and I believe she found her spot in my closet so I put a blanket down. Sorry this was so long haha but do you think she'll have them this week?

Do you feel the kittens move? How long had you felt them?

You usually feel them move 2 weeks before...

The nipples redden visibly at about 3 weeks, but the tummy gets visibly larger somewhat later.

So I suspect, you didnt saw her reddening nipples when they come, but somewhat later.

Otherwise, there are a lot if signs of nearing delivery, but none is very reliable to give the exact hour... "the waiting game" is a verry common pastime her!

One quite easy is to measure her temperature. When if falls down, its time.

The easiest way to measure, which also is not stressing for her - pretend you is a new game to play-  is to measure under the armpit. Say, the foreleg.

There the normal temperature is about  99 Fahrenheit, or abot 37.5 in Celsius.

When it drops to about 96 or 36,5 > very near.

Use the remaining time to read on articles around this subforum, read the other threads...

Get also a scale measuring in grammes.

Good luck!

ps.  Her pattern may be called for a Harlequin pattern.  Or if you want, the Van pattern with some Harlequin blotches.

I can feel the kittens easily now.. I know I did last week too but not sure about two weeks ago. I'll try to take her temperature.

Thank you so much, I'm nervous but excited. She has to be a little over the 60 day mark by now. And I didn't know that about her coloring, I love her spots! :)
