Sometimes I feel like Sam doesn't sit evenly on both of his back legs. I will look at him sitting from behind and although its far from a dramatic difference, sometimes his hips look uneven. Is this just normal kind of the way us humans don't sit straight all of the time either, like we will bear weight on one side more than the other out of habit? Other times he looks perfectly symmetrical. Just curious. He doesn't seem to be in any pain whatsoever, runs and jumps and plays with no issues or hesitation. :lol3::lol3:

Silly question, I know! :lol3:

Yeah, cats often sit crooked

It depends on how you mean.. they will often sit to one side, it you can visualise that.

If Sam is the boy in your avatar, he's sitting pretty neatly there

Never a dumb question!!! ;) IF Sam runs, plays, uses the litter box without trouble, jumps and acts normal, then not to worry! I have seen my kitties sitting silly at times too. :)

LOL yep, that's my Sam. It's hard to explain.. Almost like they aren't bearing weight evenly on both sides. I just posted another thread in the cat health section about his muscle possibly being sore from jumping to a new sleeping spot higher than normal for the past week. Who knows. :)

My cat also often sits crooked/off to one side (happens with either side).
