Brought back a happy memory of my former cat Pal. How could I forget why I stopped eating cereals. Right from when I got her as a kitten she'd sit right beside me and mooch whenever I had cereal (esp corn flakes), then she upped the pest factor by pawing at the bowl, THEN she managed to get her paw to the spoon before it reached my mouthJack is my "carb-oholic"; he'll eat just about anything in the pastry family. He loves the edges of a Poptart, cake, cookies, pie crust, cake donuts, chips, corn curls, etc.
Hannah goes crazy over hot dogs; when we found her she was 8 years old (according to the vet) and that was about all she would eat. We always assumed her former people ate a lot of hot dogs. Four years later, she still begs for some but doesn't eat an entire dog at one time like she used to. She's also nuts for popcorn and chips.
Charlotte goes absolutely stupid if you get a cereal bowl out of the cabinet; she assumes you're actually having cereal and she'll get leftover milk. She will sit close to you while you eat whatever might be in the bowl and, if there wasn't milk in it, she actually seems to pout.
Our RB kitty Clancey loved cantaloupe; he could smell it when you brought it into the house.
DH says the cats will eat just about anything that I eat.
