Kaylee is currently in the vet ER, and has been for the past 23 hours. When I brought her, her fever was 105.1. It is now currently at an even 106, and has not fallen once. She is being pumped with antibiotics, but its not doing anything. I have called two vets that I know have emergency numbers, but they have no clue. I'm supposed to call back in about two hours, but we are all scratching our heads.

Just looking through your other threads.  Did you mention to them about Otter's symptoms a couple of days ago?

Lots of *hugs* to you and much
  to Kaylee..

Yes, all the vets are aware of Otter's condition.

Update!! Kaylee's fever broke around 11pm last night and has been down since. She ate a little bit, and has been given permission to come home as long as I give updates.

How is she doing?  She will probably quite lethargic and her appetite might be off a bit as well.  Keep her quiet, but be sure to offer her food (maybe some wet food warmed up) every couple of hours.  Also, add a bit of water to her food to keep her hydrated.

stephanietx: she is quite lethargic, but her sister enticed her with a paper ball for a bit. She is eating a few nibbles on and off. I am not too worried yet, because this is the longest she has ever been away from me, and I figured she was stressed. I have a mix ready to syringe feed her just in case.

mani: thank you :)

You're a good cat meowmy!  Keep looking for all the baby steps, like wanting to play, eating a bit more each time, cleaning/grooming, wandering around, and etc.  Do they know what caused the fever?

A little update: she just ate a good amount of moist, and had a wrestling session with her sister. And her paper work only says "suspect viral etiology or other infectious." The day time nurses weren't very nice, and the vet was always busy (when I went to pick her up, the whole ER was packed). The night nurses and vet are a lot nicer and probably would have explained things better. But all her tests came back clean.

It's great the tests were clean...

As stephanietx says... keep an eye open for any changes (as I'm sure you will) and here's to a full recovery!

Sounds like she is on the mend.  I hate it when there's no clear cut definition of the problem!  I would call back and talk with the night folks to get your questions answered.
