Heavy breathing = labor?

My cat has been breathing heavy on and off for two days and then stops for awhile. Now she is sleeping in the doorway. Im not sure of shes in labor or not

Snowflake, how is it going?  It may be necessary to contact a vet, and be ready to rush her in.

It can be some pre-labor, quite common, but if it WAS labor, two days is long.
