Otter is 11 weeks old and a few days ago she was a little sneezy, but I figured it was because I moved. Now, she has a crusty nose, and sounds a little weezy every once in a while (it clears up, then comes back a few hours later). She is still eating a drinking normally, and she's as hyper as ever. I cannot get her into the vet until Saturday (todays Thurs). Will she be okay until then!?

As long as she's eating, drinking, peeing and pooping like normal, and doesn't appear lethargic, she should be fine until then.

The stress of the move may have brought on the sneezing and stuff.  Keep an eye on her.  As long as she continues to eat, drink, use the box, and play normally, she'll be fine.  If you notice excessive lethargy, colored nasal or eye discharge, or a change in litter box habits, then she needs to get to the vet sooner than Saturday.
