You need to stimulate her every time you feed her. What are you feeding her BTW and how often/how much at a time? And how long has it been since she last had a bowel movement? How much does she weight NOW? If she is not at all bloated AND she is really small it makes me think she is getting much less than she should to eat so please share more details on what you are feeding her and how much and often you are feeding her.

Start all the way up around her rib cage massaging her in circular motion with your finger and slowly move down. Get the sides of her stomach, etc and go all the way down to her anal area and genitals at which point you need to softly stimulate her. Do this for at least 10-15 minutes intervals (the massaging of the stomach area). Be sure you are actually stimulating her anal area but do not irritate it by doing it too much or too aggressively. You can also make her do little kitty pushups or bicycle movements with her hind legs. Move one leg up and down at a time like she is peddling and then switch to the other leg.

If it has been over 2 days since her last bowel movement she needs to get to the vet ASAP for an enema.
