So I have a 2 year old orange tabby that I got from the humane society and I thought he needed a friend, I wasn't sure how to go about this but while my boyfriend was in the hospital I was feeling lonely so I went out and got my older cat a friend... a 9 week old Kitten (Skylee). I had no idea about how to properly introduce them so I did what I thought. I set the kitten down next to my tabby "Milo." At first they fought like crazy I was really worried, calling different vet clinics to see what they thought about it. Apparently I lucked out, after 3 days Milo tolerated the kitten and as of 2 days ago they have been cuddling up with each other and Milo loves to lick her whenever she comes around.
Skylee is now almost 4 months I think, I was never given her date of birth. 9 weeks before Memorial Day weekend, that's all I know. I'm wondering how easy it is to tell if she's going to have longer hair or be a short hair. She's very soft and very fluffy I can run my fingers through her coat and get a good amount to stand up LOL.
The pictures above are all of when I first brought her home.. the pictures below are more recent within the last two weeks.
I know it's a lot of pictures but if someone could tell me their own opinion I would greatly appreciate it.
