Kitty Quilt--almost done!

Hope you guys don't mind me sharing this, I'm just very proud of myself! I am a beginner quilter, and this is about the fifth quilt I have done, and thus far, my favorite (Gee, wonder why? ). It is just a lap size, but I'm tickled over the way it turned out, now I've gotta get the Raggedy Ann and Andy on my frame done so I can quilt this and finish it!

That is so neat! I bet that was a challenge to do! I'm proud of you too..I couldn't imagine sewing a quilt.

you should be proud, that is a nice quilt, i envy people that can sew, i can a little but i dont like it, i was in 4H when i was ayoung girl and we had to do some sewing and i hated it then but you have done very well, congrats.!! BTW, i love the cat faces

I like that quilt a lot! you could probably sell it for quite a bit. not that you would sell it, I am just saying something that nice people would pay for.

hey, thanks for the compliments! Now for a question. I personally will buy just about anything with a cat on it. Do you think that anyone would buy quilts like this with kitties on it? I still have enough of the face fabric to make several more this size (45x60 approx), Or am I the only cat person who collects anything "catty" ?

If I had the money, I would definitely buy something like that. If not for me, then for my aunt who is a cat person.
