I mail ordered some digestive enzymes. I live in Southern California, and when they arrived the package and the digestive enzyme bottle were quite warm to the touch. I know you're not supposed to microwave them. Are these enzymes ruined?

Probably not. Somewhere on the bottle, it should give a temp to store them at. That is for long-term. I would think that the temporary warming up would not affect them. If that were the case, it would have to be carried in a climate controlled trailer over-the-road.
