My cat's been kind of lethargic today, and I noticed her making little sneezes. She also keeps shutting her right eye and kind of keeping it half closed, but if she hears a noise or wakes up for food she can fully open it with no problem. She's just kind of blinking it/keeping it half shut more than usual, and it looks a little puffy on one side (although her eyeball itself looks okay). There's no discharge or anything coming from her eye either, and I've been checking it all day. I was originally thinking maybe she got some litter dust or something in it, but she just seemed "off" today and not herself. My mom saw her on Skype and even commented that she looked a little off. She slept all afternoon and when I left for an hour and came back, she wasn't waiting for me at the front door when I came home, she stayed on the bed, so of course I knew something wasn't right. I'm obviously gonna take her to the vet but I probably won't be able to until after the holiday. I was unpacking/folding up boxes this afternoon (I just moved in recently) and I don't know if the sneezes were because of a kitty cold or if it was just dust from the cardboard. I'm a majorly paranoid person so of course my first thought is "my cat's going to die!!!"
but I'm trying to stay calm and keep an eye on her. So far, she's been using the litter normally and she's been eating like usual. Do you think these things are connected? Could it just be a cold or something? My previous cat would have a random day every year or two where she skulked around and slept and sniffled but usually by the time the vet appointment came around, she was all better and I looked like an idiot. I'm hoping it's just something like that?? What should I be doing for her and what signs should I be looking out for?

If she stops eating, then it's time to worry.  I think as long as she's eating, drinking, peeing and pooping, she's not in immediately danger.  However, do keep an eye on her eye and if it doesn't get better, or she doesn't return to her old self by Friday, then i'd take her in just on principle.  If a cat isn't herself, then something is wrong.
