Cat has lump on chest

I am feeding this stray cat who sort of lives on my porch. He is about 2 years of age. I noticed this large lump on his chest. It is not uniform in shape or round. I also noticed some hair spots missing. Is this cancer?

Maybe. But it may also be an abscess or a cyst.

Bless you for feeding him! Any chance you can find a trap-neuter-release program?

Yeah, my neighbor did that. They have a trap and release program in Miami. Maybe I can get her to take him to the vet and I'll pay half.
