How do I tell if kitten is blind?

Our cat had a litter 6 weeks ago and within the first few days it was evident there was a runt.  She doesn't seem to be rejected even though she won't nurse at all.  We started bottle feeding her the first week and have continued since, but shouldn't she be able to lap up milk by now?    We've tried putting a bowl in front of her and nothing.  She still fights us when we try to bottle feed and will only eat the kitten food when I put the bowl right in front of her with her feet in the bowl.

She walks rarely, and is obviously developmentally behind the others in the litter.  When I walk near her she doesn't look up, like the other kittens will.  I have been tracking her weight also, as of this week she weighs 9.2 oz and the others weigh 20-23 oz.  I thought at first she might not make it, but she continues to hang in there.  I'm just worried that she may not grow into a healthy cat and if she is blind maybe we should just keep her.  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I think you shall plan on to keep her, blind or not.  Being half as big as the others, she will surely need a good home she is used to.

She may collapse one day, almost hour to hour, but if she survives the first year into adulthood, she may also live many good years. You can only give her love and care, and everything else is in Gods hand, as they say.

Good luck!
