my kitten SCREAMS when i make her poop?

whenever i make my kitten poop, she screams REALLY LOUDLY. her poop is a dark mustard color, homogenous and sliiightly softer than toothpaste. is she in pain? do they scream like this when mother cats lick them? i don't know what to do. it's hard for me to tell if the anogenital region looks normal, since i have nothing to compare it to. it kind of looks like this: http://s178.photobucket.com/user/crizlai/media/TWINSEX03.jpg.html except her anus protrudes VERRYYYY slightly out more (im not even sure because of the camera angle) - it's not prolapsed or anything, but it could be very mildly inflamed.

The poo seems normal, so is not because of constipation she screams.  Some kittens use to let it be known they had made, but screams is not common if they dont have constipation...

Hey i found a kitten 3 days ago and what your post describes sound almost exactly like what he is doing and what he looks like. I don't think there is anything wrong and other than poop time rocket is happy lol
