2-week-old kitten with scraggly rough fur?

This is probably not a big deal, but my kitten's fur is kind of coarse and scraggly shaped, like human hair that's been bleached too much or heat damaged...i thought kittens were supposed to be soft LOL i obviously still love her just as much and she's adorable, and she looks really healthy (no matting, no missing fur, it's all very even) - it's just that she's wayyy more "fuzzy" than "soft" or smooth

I think they all have "baby fur" when they are this small.  Just like human babies can have some crazy hair as newborns.  My kids both had spikey hair first.  I've seen kittens with what I'd call "transitional" hair too.  It may depend on the coat type she will have.
