4 4 week old kittens nursing on each other!

Hi, 13 days ago I took in 4 three week old kittens, about 5 days ago they started nursing on each others genitals. I have them all in separate enclosures now(4 going on 5 days). I literally cannot put them together at this point. They all go straight for each others "privates" and have no other interest when they are out at the same time. They even seem to prefer going at each other over the bottle sometimes. I have no idea what to do and I really need advice on how to get them to stop. They have teeth coming in and they all suckle extremely hard(left marks on my skin) I really don't want them causing damage to each other but I'd also like for them to be back together. Anybody have any advice or an estimate of how long they will need to be in solitary confinement until this trend passes?

I just JUST this past month adopted 3 siblings who were bottle raised. My gray female Cami came to me with the worst looking anus you ever saw.

Separating them is the only way you can stop this if you are not with them during those periods you have to be away. They stopped nursing on each other when they were weaned off the bottle and then another orphan kitten was put in with them and started to do the same. Which is the one that caused the sore anal area on my Cami. (took a week of bathing her butt and using Animax to fix that issue...I was worried as it looked so bad)   She is normal in that area now.

The foster mom bought some toys that were nubby for that last kitten to redirect him... as he started nursing on his own penis when he was alone.

That was my own experience with the results. The foster mom who bottle raised my three told me she had to take the male out to give him a rest from my females. That was the only thing that worked.
