This is my first time with this. My 2 month old kittens rectum is inflamed and protruding, anyone know what it could be? Should I be worried? Shes eating and going to the bathroom normally.

It could be rectal prolapse, it could be internal parasites, it could be an issue with her anal glands, it could be a number of things

Normal, healthy, formed stools? No diarrhea or foul smelling poop?
This could be a number of issues and I think your kitten should see a vet. If she is getting her kitten vaccinations on schedule, is she due soon? I don't know if I would wait too long to have her checked out.
