I was really interested in Winchester's 'Sky watching' question of the day for Friday, and thought I'd keep going with the idea, especially since tomorrow is 'Super Moon' day...the biggest and brightest moon of the year.

I find that on full moons my cats go quite crazy, as do many of the neighbouring animals. For some reason, I have more energy, but can also be more prone to headaches.  And there are ancient yoga practices that are practiced according to the moon.

Do you have any full moon stories or experiences?

Mogli has been bouncing off the walls (literally) for the past two days, so it's safe to say that he's the second "lunatic cat" we've had in a row. I'm prone to headaches when the moon is full, but that might be from lack of sleep/peace and quiet due to kitty boisterousness.

I don't think so.  I remember my Mom joking about it with her co-workers when she worked at a school; but I haven't noticed anything myself.
