Thanks Ondine! Yes, those are real flowers - we have a harvest festival named Onam in our state when households make amazing flower carpets. Some are truly works of art. That photo was taken the day after Onam when we let Zoe have her way with the destruction. :)

Oh my. She must have had a ball. I had to give all my houseplants away because the cats nibbled on them. They never used the pots as a litter box, thank goodness, but I was afraid the plants themselves weren't good for them. The only plant I have left is an aloe I got 43 years ago. They don't bite that more than once - it is bitter nasty tasting.

Hehe. We have a pot of holy basil on the balcony they like nibbling on, and apparently it's good for their tummies. Zazi also tears up buds of the jasmine plant whenever they show their heads - he has some sort of vendetta against them, because he just bites them off, and spits them out. :D

Thank you! Zazi is the tuxedo boy, but it's not the first time people have taken him for a girl.
What beauties your ones are! Jamie cat has SUCH an adorable expression.
