I have a question...my little Buddy (cat) has a booger discharge coming out of his eye.  I think his sister scratched him or something.  Anyway, is there anything I can use without going to the vet?  I really can't afford the bill right now.  When it rains it pours!!!!  Thanks so much!

Hi Jaime and welcome to TCS. Honestly..... no one can suggest anything other than taking Buddy to the vet. Eye issues can become quite serious if left untreated and it would be best to have a vet look at Buddy's eye especially if you think there may be a scratch. I would not want to suggest you put anything in his eye if it has a scratch/abrasion. The vet would need to prescribe a special ointment/drop for something like that. Do keep us posted and good luck to Buddy. :vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes::vibes:

Well, thank you very much for the response.  I truly appreciate it.  His eye dried up and is all better.  He is acting much better too, but I will keep an eye on him to ensure he is ok.
