I know cow'smilk is a no-no, but what about goat, or lactose free, or even soy? I have a adoptive Mom of one of my kittens asking this question. BTW, the 4 kittens are doing great, but still wanting a bottle. They'll eat out of a bowl, so I'm down to feeding once a day on the bottle. Thanks guys for you input.

Most cats are lactose intollerant(sp??). But most of mine love cat sip. It comes in a little milk carton type cardboard container like a juice box. It's like 1.50 for three at Petsmart and many other pet stores.

i had been wondering myself. if cats were lactose intolerant, how about milk that has no lactose, like soy, as suggested. so only catsip? why not soy? just wondering

soy would probably be ok, if you could get the cat to drink it!!!
I would just be safe and know that the cat isn't getting anything it shouldn't have. Plus the catsip really is cheap, and won't spoil as fast since it is in smaller containers!
