She is the absolute sweetest little thing.. I have no idea how old she is my daughter has been hand feeding her dry cat food a morsel at a time.. She does not cry or seem to be in any pain when she walks but her back right leg drags.. She is very tame & actually prefers to be held snuggled up against our necks.. And her poop kinda leaks out a little bit at a time but she doesn't seem to notice when she's even using the bathroom.. If someone knows what might be wrong with her your help would be greatly appreciated[emoji]128524[/emoji][emoji]128524[/emoji][emoji]128524[/emoji]

Could be a leg injury affecting the anal control or pinched nerve if the foot is not swollen/looks ok.  Somethings will heal with very little intervention and others need help.  This kitten needs a vet first thing in the am if not sooner. If money is a concern look into the shelters if they have low cost clinics attached or if you could foster her for them if they help treat cat.

Can she eat on own or just prefers to be hand fed?  Are her eyes blue or blue tinged?(would help get a age on her)

She is probably under 6 weeks then.  Which is good in as the young ones can bounce back real well.  Good Luck:)  I know some vets are a bit more helpful then others with funds set up for strays so just make sure to mention that this was a kitten you JUST took in.
